Payment and dispatch

The following conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Luxembourg.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat rate of €0.00 per order for shipping costs.

From an order value of € 0.00 we deliver free of charge.

We charge as follows for the dispatch of bulky goods (freight forwarding):
From approx. 50kg shipping weight or bulky dimensions we deliver by forwarding agent. The stated costs remain unchanged.

Bulky goods are labelled as such in the item description.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the shipping weight:

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3-4 days, for deliveries abroad within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
